The SoftOne Group consists of the parent company SoftOne AB (publ) and the subsidiaries SoftOne Application AB, SoftOne Sverige AB and SoftOne Tietosauma OY.

 

SoftOne AB (publ) is responsible for business development and acquisitions, finance/administration, support and the SoftOne brand.

SoftOne Application AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftOne AB (publ). The company is responsible for developing, packaging and testing SoftOne’s business and HR systems, and is available for SoftOne’s customer support team.

 

SoftOne Sverige AB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SoftOne AB (publ). The company is responsible for sales, training and consultancy operations in Sweden.

 

SoftOne Tietosauma OY is a majority-owned subsidiary of SoftOne AB (publ). The company is responsible for sales, training and consultancy operations in Finland.

 

SoftOne AS is our Norwegian subsidiary. In the Norwegian market we work with our partner, DI Systemer, for sales and distribution.
