Manage your invoices electronically.

Elektronisk fakturahantering

Electronic invoice management in SoftOne Scanning is one of our business enterprise software’s most popular functions. It’s easy to understand why: it automates the process of dealing with supplier invoices, while also providing you with an electronic document archive. SoftOne Scanning brings a new dimension to the concept of simplification..

This is how it works: You scan a supplier invoice. This is e-mailed to the person who authorises it. Once the invoice has been approved, it is forwarded to the subsidiary accounts payable ledger and the electronic archive. If you have specified the due date and the account to which the invoice should be posted, the rest is dealt with automatically. The entire flow is faster and more secure.

As well as simplifying invoice management, SoftOne Scanning also allows you to can all important documents, such as agreements and customer invoices. This gives you a single electronic archive. An electronic archive is easier to search than a paper archive, as it can be searched from your computer.

It normally only takes a day to get up and running with SoftOne Scanning. You can then say goodbye to your archiving folders and internal envelopes for supplier invoices.
