We cooperate with most major wholesalers so that our craft customers can receive the packing slip for the material directly on the work order. As an installer/entrepreneur, you have a lot to gain from integration with wholesalers. You have all your wholesalers' price lists and discount letters in the system, which means that everything you buy gets the right price automatically.

When you pick up material from your wholesalers, it is automatically read into SoftOne GO as order lines, which allows you to invoice faster and more securely. The overview gives you the opportunity to make fact-based decisions about your purchases. The wholesalers’ offers and opportunities for integration differ. Price lists

Some wholesalers send their price lists directly to us and as soon as we receive a price list we make it available to all customers. Other wholesalers only send their price lists to you as a customer and then you can import these yourself or alternatively contact us for help with loading. With this handling, however, you cannot read in discount letters.

Order confirmation​

The fitter states the order number when removing material, which becomes item lines on the order and can be invoiced to the customer directly.

Discount letter​

If the wholesaler offers the option of delivering your discount letters electronically, you enter them into the system yourself.
